Pay Range: Starting $12-$14

Martin Brothers Winery is looking for someone to become part of the Martin Brothers team.  Seeking a self-motivated individual for Sales & Targeted Marketing Efforts.  Must be energetic, have excellent communication skills and initiative.

About Martin Brothers Winery:

Martin Brothers Winery is one of Missouri’s newest wineries specializing in Mead, a honey-based wine made from pure honey and nothing else.  It is located just a few miles southwest of Hermann MO city limits.  It is a family owned and operated business and has more than doubled in production volume since opening in 2013 with plans for more growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Representing and maintaining the image of Martin Brothers Winery

• Guided Wine Tastings & Customer Service at the Tasting Room/Winery

• Off-Premise Tastings & Private Tastings (Retailer & Events)

• Displaying promotional material: Rack Cards, Flyers, Posters, etc.

• Wholesale shelf inventory and product placement

• Retail Sales and Inventory Management

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, & strong organizational skills

• Ability to perform sales

• High School diploma or equivalent GED

• 21+ years of age

• Sales/Marketing degree and/or wine-related credentials is a plus but not necessary

• Must complete SMART online server training program after employment

  • State of Missouri Alcohol Responsibility Training (SMART)

    • Retailer Training & Server Training

  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs (About a case of wine)
